Giveaway Timing.
The Nitro Circus Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on September 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (the “Giveaway Period”).

Eligibility.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are of legal drinking age both in their place of residence and in the location of the Nitro Circus event they will attend as part of the prize. Specifically:

• Residents of the United States and the District of Columbia must be 21 years of age or older.

• Residents of Alberta, Canada must be 18 years of age or older.

• Residents of British Columbia, Canada must be 19 years of age or older.

• Residents of other Canadian provinces or territories must be of the legal drinking age applicable in their province or territory of residence.

Entrants must also meet the legal drinking age requirements of the jurisdiction where the Nitro Circus event they are attending is held. Entrants must provide valid proof of age upon request. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of P1 Live, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions are not eligible to enter. By entering, you are agreeing to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

 

How to enter.

To enter, you must (i) Scan the QR code provided to access the entry form; (ii) Complete all required fields in the entry form; and (iii) Submit your completed form before the end of the Giveaway Period.

Entrants are limited to one (1) entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry.

Entry deadline.
All entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period.

 

Determination of Winner(s):

Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner on October 1, 2025, in a random drawing of all eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified via email provided on the entry form.

 

Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age, and may be required to provide their social security number to P1 Live, LLC for tax purposes. Winners must notify Sponsor of their prize acceptance within 48 hours of announcement of the winner. If winner does not contact Sponsor within that time, Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of prize. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period.

 

Prize(s).

 

The prizes are as stated below.

 

• One winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Nitro Circus event at a location of their choice, along with exclusive fan experiences and merchandise, subject to availability. The specific items and experiences included may vary depending on the event location and inventory. Approximate retail value $1,500.00 or $2,070.62(CAD).

 

• Additional prizes may be awarded to non-winning participants, based on availability.

 

AIRFARE, TRANSPORTATION, AND OTHER COSTS FOR ACCOMDATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRIZE PACKAGE AND ARE THE WINNER’S RESPONSIBILITIY.

 

All taxes and any other costs and expenses (including airfare, transportation, and hotel costs) not specifically stated within these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be provided for the prize, except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute the prize with a prize of equal value, due to unavailability of an advertised prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets. Specifics of the prizes are in Sponsor's sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded.

Winners. Winners may be required to meet an employee of Sponsor at the event for marketing purposes which may include an interview and or photos, both of which the Winner gives permission to be used by Sponsor in any manner Sponsor desires. Winners may also be asked to share pictures of them attending the event on their social media platforms. Winner retains rights to any photos they take however the Winner grants Sponsor a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any Sponsor purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the Sponsor website and Sponsor social media accounts. Any photograph reproduced will include a photographer credit as feasible. Sponsor will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.

 

Limitation of Liability.

ENTRANT HEREBY AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, NITRO CIRCUS LLC AND THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SHAREHOLDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASEES") FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY DISCOUNT CODE. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY FORM, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT RELEASEES HAVE NOT MADE NOR, ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE GIVEAWAY. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, RELEASEES DO NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SPONSOR WEB SITE AND RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, garbled, damaged, or stolen submissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Releasees are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, inability to access a website or submit an online entry, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or inaccurate transcription of entry information, whether caused by Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway  or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the Giveaway. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Giveaway at any time without notice, if in Sponsor's opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity and proper play of the Giveaway or for any other reason in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may void any entries they suspect are at issue. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE RELATED TO THIS GIVEAWAY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Giveaway in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that entrant's eligibility to participate in the Giveaway. Any attempts by an individual to access any website associated with this Giveaway via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.

 

Dispute Resolution.

Except where prohibited, by participating, Entrant agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant(s) and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction and that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

 

Privacy.

Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and will be treated in accordance with Nitro Circus’ privacy policy accessible on its website at https://www.nitrocircus.com/privacy-policy.

 

Sponsor & Administration.

The Sponsor of this Giveaway is P1 Live, LLC, located at 75 Gerber Road East, South Windsor, CT 06074.

 

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram Pinterest, (“Social Media Platform”), or any acts identified above, and the Sponsor fully releases any and all Social Media Platforms and any and all acts from potential liability related to this Giveaway.

 

This Giveaway is run by Sponsor with permission by the Nitro Circus, however, no entrant shall have any rights or remedies against Nitro Circus for entrant’s participation in this Giveaway and Sponsor fully releases Nitro Circus from potential liability related with this Giveaway.
