CROWNING THE BEST ALL-AROUND RIDER
In its third year, Nitro World Games quadrupled down on scooter, adding the King of Kings series in conjunction with ScootFest at the legendary Adrenaline Alley in Corby, UK. ScootFest King of Kings set out to crown the best overall rider in three events: Scooter Street, Scooter Bowl, and Scooter Park.
In the Street competition, Auguste Pellaud topped the podium after a chaotically fun event. Richard Zelinka and Jonathan Perroni finished in second and third, respectively. Richard Zelinka also made the podium in the Bowl competition, notching a win and becoming the rider to beat in the King of Kings race. Roomet Saalik finished second and Dylan Morrison was third. Dylan and Roomet went one and two in the Park event, with Jordan Clark finishing in third. It was a tight race for King of Kings, but in the end Richard Zelinka earned the top prize on the back of his first and second place finishes.
In its first year as part of Nitro World Games, ScootFest cemented its place as one of the most hectic and entertaining events.
