Race to Rebuild chronicles the epic story of Travis Pastrana teaming up with motocross legend Kevin Windham and veteran racer Ryan Sipes to not only represent Team Puerto Rico in the sports’ most prestigious event, Motocross des Nations, but also to give back to the U.S. territory still struggling to recover from the devastation of 2017’s Hurricane Maria.

Pastrana, Windham, and Sipes wanted to find a way to both help raise funds and provide some relief for the Puerto Rican people. Team Puerto Rico found the perfect partner in Global Disaster Outreach, an energetic and passionate nonprofit organization focusing on providing aid to those in need worldwide while providing local support. Teaming up with Global Disaster Outreach and with the backing of countless fans, Team Puerto Rico were primed to both square off against the world’s best and help the island community.

Race to Rebuild goes behind the scenes during the grueling preparations for Motocross des Nations and follows the team on their relief mission to Puerto Rico, where they worked to rebuild homes and schools, set up a Supply Distribution center, and bring a motocross facility back to running condition for local riders.

This was an incredible opportunity, not only to ride with Kevin and Ryan and compete in motocross’ biggest race, but also to represent Puerto Rico. It’s been such an honor. From the beginning, we wanted to rally the moto community to give back to the people of Puerto Rico and help them rebuild.
